We hired Terry to help us buy our first home in the crazy Seattle market and then subsequently sell that same home when we moved out of state 2.5 years later. The only regret we have is that we live so far away now that Terry can't help us with every real estate transaction! Wow! What more can I say! We worked with Terry McMahan to sell my son's home. Terry handled this sale from Seattle while my son was in Ohio!
